This trail has something for everyone numerous trees laying in trail make this a very challenging trail for beginners and a fun trail for more advanced riders. trail occasionally dumps out onto the gravel access road but definatly a great urban set trail
<br />Coming from south Hampton, go north on I-64 take the HAMPTON RDS CENTER PKWY WEST EXIT 261A. Go straight for about 3 miles. Turn RIGHT onto GATEWOOD RD. Follow road to the small parking area by lake.<br />
